THE BARN
Our 250-year-old exposed beam Barn offers a uniquely New England countryside setting. Accommodating up to 135 guests for a ceremony and dancing, or 80 for a seated dinner. The Witsend Barn is the ideal venue for your ceremony, cocktail reception, seated rehearsal dinner, and afterparty dancing, blending charm with timeless elegance as you celebrate under our starry ceiling lanterns.
The barn is equipped with a large stage, professional grade theater lighting, electricity and overhead fans.
THE HOLLOW ROW
The historic original Guilds Hollow Road, dating back over 300 years, offers a captivating setting for an unforgettable farm-to-table dining experience. Surrounded by towering trees and draped in twinkling lights, this enchanting path creates an intimate, magical atmosphere. Dining beneath the canopy of branches, guests are immersed in the rich history and natural beauty, making it the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening of celebration and connection.
WITSEND MEADOW
Our sun-kissed ceremony terrace lies nestled within a Witsend’s Meadow (soon to be wildflower meadow), framed by stone walls. Here, the grasses sway, the light lingers, and the land itself seems to pause—an enchanting backdrop for vows that feel timeless and true.
TENTED OPTIONS
Nestled just steps from the Witsend Barn and the historic Original Guilds Hollow Road, our tenting lawn is the perfect space for a tented wedding reception and dancing. With its spacious layout and proximity to the property’s amenities, it offers a unique and elegant setting for celebrating your special day under the stars.
COCKTAIL AREAS
Guests can enjoy cocktails in a charming lawn space nestled between the Barn and the tenting lawn, creating an effortless flow from one part of the celebration to the next. Wooden barrels and high-top tables are included in our pricing to set the scene, or couples may choose the character of Old Hollow Road or the serenity of our garden areas for a more unique cocktail setting.
