Just north of Harris Road off Mt. Lehman, Abbotsford

When your horse lives in a paddock or pasture, rather than in a stall in the barn, he is considered "pasture boarded." While this is a perfectly respectable way to maintain your horse, it is important that you take precautions against the hazards inherent in living outdoors. The weather, food supply, water supply and insects can all impact his quality of life.

These are the things we make sure all our horses/animals on our acreage are tended to:

  • Plenty of grass to graze, we rotate the pastures continually
  • Gates are locked with sturdy clips and can not be worked loose by the animals
  • Large water supply, one is a natural spring and the other is an autofill trough
  • Lots of large fir trees for shelter during inclement weather
  • Occassionally round bale will be placed out in field for more fiber intake
  • Our round bales are carefully made from our own fields and do not have alot of fertilizer
  • Daily supervision to ensure all are safe and healthy

Of Course there is also some paddocks available but why confine your horse when there is alot of pasture all around!

Great for Babies and Retirees

Winter paddocks are available later in the season!
